My wife Karen has chronic vertigo, she sees Marianne or Ilona on a regular basis. They are both very intelligent and compassionate women. They always manage to get my wife back to normal in a few sessions. This is a great place for vestibular issues.

I recently completed a course of therapy for a rotator cuff injury to my right should. My interactions with the Crouse East facility were uniformly excellent. In particular, the therapist (Laura Kirkpatrick) was impressively effective; she was very knowledgable, respectful, and effective. She was also a very nice person to deal with; I would recommend her to anyone needing physical therapy. She was also impressively efficient, juggling two or three patients at the same time--going from one to another as the others were doing repetitions of various exercises, while never letting me feel at all neglected.
I was also favorably impressed by the overall organization of the site. As I recall, I never waited more than five minutes to begin a session. Also, I found the print-outs of suggested exercises very helpful to my aging memory banks; it was very helpful when I got a little hazy about what I should do.
So I am very pleased with the Crouse Widewaters facility; it even has free, abundant, and convenient parking!
