They teach you the science behind the workout while giving you a well rounded workout. The only place I've been able to stick with - I credit the trainers and the great community of people who workout there.

I am 52 years old and have been running most of my life. By all accounts I was in good shape and very active. I took one class at Method and was hooked. There is so much more to being fit than hitting the roads. My goals have changed; I want to be strong from the core out and fit for life.
Method instructors really understand how the body works. They are smart, motivating, FUN, and engaging. The workouts are always different. There are people of all shapes and sizes working out together - everyone fits in. I LOVE that every time I leave a workout I do so saying, "wow that was awesome - they kicked my butt again"! :)

I am not generally a group fitness person, BUT i really enjoy my workouts at Method 360. The trainers are positive and encouraging. They listen and help to modify exercises for skill level or injury . The workouts are varied and targeted. The staff is amazing, friendly and professional.

Method 360 is many things, not just a "gym". It is a community built on strength, teamwork and certainly a family atmosphere. The workouts are geared for all types of athletes; professional, collegiate, working mom's and dads or anyone that is looking to get into shape. When you attend a class, you not only workout but you learn how to workout and why you workout (the science behind what you are doing). This is what makes Method 360 a great place to get fit. It is a must see and try. Please stop in and check them out and you will feel right home. I do warn you, you may never want to leave.

If you are searching for a better way to workout that will make a real and lasting difference in your health this place is for you The workouts are challenging with lots of ways to modify based on YOUR BODY! There is a wide variety of fitness levels and you will feel welcomed no matter what. The one hour classes are different every time so the time flies. Trish, Kristen and the team know their stuff and they educate you as you go along. There is a total sense of empowerment you get from Method 360. Jennifer and the rest go beyond the class with motivating and inspiring messages and they treat their clients exceptionally well. It is more than just a workout. Try it... it is really great and you have nothing to lose the first class is free!
