I emailed the manager and have called 3 times to compare what we currently have to Geico. The email was not answered and each time I have called I was told there was no one there to help me and no return phone call. I called the national 800 number with no better results. It looks like maybe we dodged a bullet.

I love working with Lori and her staff. They are always great when I go in the office and if I call the receptionist recognizes my voice and knows my name. They've got a great staff that are fast and efficient. I love working with the local Geico office here in Syracuse!

I have had auto insurance for years through Geico. I have had a few claims, and have never had an issue with them covering the claim. I have also had to use the roadside service a few times, and it has always been quicker than AAA ever was at arriving to tow the cars. My children have been able to save a great deal of money when they went off our policy to get their own. I have had friends who have told me what their children pay for their own policy and I am floored. Family pricing is fantastic. Recently I switched my homeowners policy and was able to save 150.00 a year with better coverage than I had before.
