Just warning everyone about this awful doctors office. I was pregnant earlier this year, let me tell you about the horrible experience I had. I went in for my 8 week ultrasound. The tech scanned me, noticed I was was most likely having a miscarriage, told me that she can’t tell if anything is wrong but “it’s probably just a bad egg.” This is literally what she told me. The nurse practitioner talked to me afterwards with a male student with her, asked me if I ever had a miscarriage before, but not to worry because this happens all the time and give it a week and everything should be alright. So a week later I went back and got a scan again. Everything was not alright. At least the tech didn’t say anything insulting this time. I saw the male doctor afterwards, he said “you were expecting this at least right?” I told him “no I wasn’t since I was told not too worry about it and that everything is fine.” He then put his hand on me knee (i wasnt even being examed) and tried to tell me this happens a lot and everything is fine. He had no business putting his hand on my knee. None at all! I've had other horrible experience here but Id end up wring a book if I continue. I have since moved on from this office and I’m very happy where I go now.

After googling Women's Wellness Place, to find the number to the office to make my annual appointment, I couldn't help but comment on how much I love this place. Anne Marie Dixie and Kristen Krazert have been taking care of me, my sister, and mother, for over 15 years. The experience I've had with Anne Marie along with the relationship I've built with her over the years is beyond priceless. My mind and health have always been at ease knowing I'm under her care since I was 15 years old. Over the years, I've received off the clock phone calls from Anne Marie to ensure any/all anxieties of mine are put at ease if any issues occurred post appointment. I can't preach enough to all my friends and family about her and this office on how deligent and caring they are on a personal and professional level. Thank you for all you have done for me, my family, and my friends all these years. You will never understand how grateful I am for you.

DO NOT go to Anne Marie. I had a suspicious spot that Anne Marie saw on my yearly exam each year and for three years I never got results from the samples she took. The third year she suggested I have a procedure done to have a closer look so I did. She lied to me about what the procedure entailed, and then once again, never got back to me with the results. I called the office multiple times trying to talk to her about my results, and each time she was either busy or not there that day. When I finally got a call back two weeks after the procedure, she started the conversation with "Emily I'm not ignoring you." Well it certainly felt like it. She stated she was waiting for Dr. Cohen to read the results before she called me back. Well that was two years ago, and I still never got an answer as to what is wrong. To this day I still have pain in that same spot, with no answers from this NP. Unacceptable. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to see her.

The staff is rude and sarcastic in an unfunny way, I always have to wait too long in the lobby or the room, and they always ALWAYS try to bring in a med student and get annoyed when I request not to have a male student in the room. For proceedures like an IUD it'd be nice to have someone who is patient and nice about it. Instead, I thought I was going to pass out while some random med student watched the whole thing.

I love this place especially Anne Marie Dixie she is wonderful. Everyone there is nice and caring and when ever i have a concern they answer my question and are very helpful!
