I've been a patient of Westside Dental for over 3 years I have no qualms with or about the practice I've been able to schedule appointments within an reasonable time I get in and out with no problems with just a short wait and I am a satisfied customer.

Normally I would say that this office is ok. The doctors are great. Unfortunately his front desk staff and a couple of their other workers are unprofessional assholes. Maybe the doctors need to reevaluate the staff. I think they forget who they're talking to. Perhaps they need more training. I'll be filing my complaint with the doctor himself tomorrow.

It was a very good experience and the service was great. The doctors were professionals and helped my case.

The dentist are great. But the ladies who answers the phone are awfully and lazy. They have left me on hold for 30 minutes or more usually i hang up.

I will NEVER contact this place again!! I called because I had chipped my tooth and they said it would take 4-6 weeks to approve through my insurance. I said well what am I supposed to do; the SNOTTY woman said.....chew on the other side!!!!! Really!!!
