First off the description shouldn’t say lakefront, it’s inside a mall, wouldn’t want anyone to be expecting a pretty view. Your view will be people and escalators depending on where you are seated. Anyway, being seated has taken a while every time I have gone and you never see your waiter/waitress. Besides the service, I only ever order the nachos which are heavenly. My family has ordered ribs and fajitas which they thoroughly enjoyed.

I posted the picture of the $17 dollar tacos that I thought was a joke. I would never go back there unless if I wanted to take it up the dirt star again.
Please look at the response from the management as they do not care about your satisfaction. Based on my photo this meal looks and was horrible. Except for the piss poor "hope you return" Why would i come back just because they said sorry. Sorry doesn't improve my experience or make my meal worth $17. Actions speak louder than words and no action was taken so please take your words and shove them.

Well it took 45 minutes just to get our drinks. Another half hour later and our food came cold. Way overpriced, 15 dollars for a low quality hamburger. 18 dollars for fish and chips that consisted of frozen fish sticks and cold fries. Two of our party members ordered the same drinks at the same time yet both the drinks two different colors and tasted different. Poor quality control and when the manager was addressed about the situation she only responded rudely. Would not recommend to anyone, ever. Will not go there again, you pay for the name not the quality of food or service.

No wait on a Friday night. Kids enjoyed the Balloon Artist! I ordered the buttermilk fried chicken, it was actually a little overcooked but the rest of the meals/experience made up for that. Mashed potatoes were good, green beans fresh and cooked well. Husband had seafood mac and cheese that he really enjoyed. Waitress was great.

The service here was horrible! We waited 45 minutes before asking our waitress if our food would be out anytime soon. She then disappeared and never returned. I think she forgot to put the order in and was afraid to tell us. In those 45 minutes the two tables behind us were never cleared of dishes. It was so nasty. We ended up walking out. I had ordered a lemonade, which I tried to pay for at the bar. When I explained what happened and why we were leaving the girl up front asked who the waitress was. I said her name was Lindsay and she just shook her head and apologized. Be warned: if you get a waitress named Lindsay at Margaritaville in Destiny, there's a good chance you're not getting any food today.
