Very poor customer service. Cashier was not paying attention, I ordered the A8 combo, was served the K8 combo.
My wife had a coupon for a free Go Cup (she filled out the online survey after our visit to another KFC the previous week) but the cashier kept arguing that the coupon was not valid, it was a Taco Bell coupon. She refused to honor the coupon.
My wife and son had the potato wedges with their meals, and they were cold and limp, as if they had been sitting around a while.
Restroom was in an appalling condition.
We will not be back to this restaurant. Poor service cannot be excused.

After i was told 9 minutes for my food to be done, they bring it to me 15 mins later and its the wrong order. I only have a 30 min lunch break so couldnt even drive back to complain.

I took my 3 year old Princess Milana for the first time, the popcorn chicken with wedges I thought would impress her. I'm embarrassed 😳 it was so dry. Seriously? The Colonel's kitchen is really fumbling the ball at this location. Please try better next time. Still a fan because of previous visits but my daughter not so much.
