Tried to use the app to order last week, after about 15 minuets of placing the order, an employee called to tell me they were out of Pan dough, asked if I wanted something else, which I declined. If I wanted something else that’s what I would’ve ordered. Today I tried using the app again, and the delivery tracker... 30 minutes after pizza left the store which is 1.2 miles away... called to ask where our dinner was. We were told that the delivery button was hit by mistake and the pizza was on the way. This was clearly a lie since 5-10 minutes later the app tracker says, pizza has been delivered, but it’s still not here. Called back and the manager told me it must’ve been delivered to the wrong address. Proceeded to tell me a fresh pizza would be made and delivered free of charge. Another 40 minuets pass before our food arrives, over 2 hours in total. Clearly not an efficient operation, and very poor customer service.

Called dominos at 6:11pm they said my pizza was going to be ready between 20 to 30 min my pizza arrived at 8:03pm called several times to cancelled they said i couldn't because the order was made when the pizza arrived it was so cold worst service ever never will i order pizza from dominos again worst place ever

Never had a problem with my order. Food is always delicious and quick. Only wish they delivered to my neighborhood.

Told my pizza delivery would be 40 -45 minutes. Pizza took an hour and twenty minutes. Called them 10 minutes before and told 10 more minutes. Pizza box was not very hot and of course pizza was not hot at all. No sense in complaining to them and wait another hour and twenty for a fresh one. This will be the last time i order from them. Lesson learned ...

I have no complaints however if there's one thing id like to declare is the way these guys answer the phone. You'd think they'd be polite but that wasnt the case. Id suggest whoever the manager is to talk to these guys regarding proper communication. I understand if you're having a rough day but there's no need to take it out on the person who called to order a pizza! Really disappointed.
