I took my 5-year son to Gift of Speech and had the pleasure of working with Chesley Matthews. The staff is very friendly and my son genuine enjoyed going there. I can't thank enough for the insight Chesley gave me into my son's learning style and how to be a better parent. I know it's hard to admit sometimes especially when it comes to our kids. But we parent have a part in their behavioral style. I was able to seat with Chesley after each session and get practical advice/ideas on how to better communicate with my son. I saw great improvement in my son's communication and eye contact as I implemented Chesley's ideas. I was given homework/lessons every week to complete with my son at home. I know a simple review can't show my gratitude but I can honestly say that for that one hour during each visit Chesley turned off everything in her life and cared about my child as he was the most important person in the world.

The speech therapist I know here is amazing - qualified and caring, she will go out of her way to make sure you are getting the therapy you or your loved one need.
