Visited this location at 11:45am. Ordered the lunch special, most things were not available. Had to pay extra for a soft drink. The corn tasted super old and the sandwich wasn't that great. Spent 8 dollars and I'm still hungry. Smells great, didn't taste that good. The surrounding area is pretty sketchy.

The food was awful this year for our convention. I don't know what happened if they change cooks or something. So probably won't go back because the service is terrible and now the food don't taste good also. So we won't be back my wife is pregnant and ate the food and was sick the whole weekend. Not going back there anymore

It's pretty good....especially if you don't feel like smelling like and cooking your own bbq!

Had the worst experience of my life! Visited Rib Shack on the 4 July 2016, at 945am, young lady screamed out the Drive through Window telling me, “I had to wait 75 minutes until they opened”, so I waited. I reviewed their web site the day before and early that morning, the web site still showed the establishment opening at 10am and the marque didn’t display any updated info concerning hours changed for 4 July. Once it opened at 11am, unfortunately there weren’t any food (meats seasoned/marinated) prepped for the mad rush of people. Anyway, the Rib Shack’s staff attitude were condescending and cavalier concerning my concerns. The fried chicken wings I ordered were bland and had remnants of chicken hairs attached, the smoke turkey leg sandwich was tasteless. Bottom-line I was totally disgusted by the price, inexcusable customer service, and the HORRIBLE food. This wasn't the Rib Shack my family and I visited three years ago.
