Sat at a table for 20 minutes and no one ever came to take our drink order. Not crowded at all. Probably just as many waitresses as patrons but only about 3 of them were actually working.

Terrible service. I waited 30 mins before the waitress came over had asked another server to get her and she just pointed and told me get her attention myself.
She forgot the appetizer ,
didn't bring one the beers we ordered,
asked twice for ranch and never got it.
Asked for pickles spears and never got slices.
Had to ask for silverware.
We asked for one check she brought 4 then had to add them back together.
Then she tried to buss the table before we left asking us to hand everything to her ,then dumped one of the glasses of water on someone in our party.

The service was average but I don't believe that Hooters corporate would be appreciative of the way this place is being ran overall. This place has the potential of being a "rock" of an establishment in downtown St. Louis but it is being pissed away for various reasons. You all can do better, I have witnessed it.

everything was wonderful!!!! Yoselin was our bartender and she was fabulous and very helpful. we also met the manager. i believe her name was Kelsey. very professional and courteous. we really enjoyed our visit. Thank you!!!!!

Stopped by at noon on a Friday. Our waitress, Janet, was awesome and very friendly and knowledgeable. Food was standard Hooters food, but for people like me that's just fine. The menu appeared to be missing the old school grilled cheese platter, but Janet assured us that they could still make it, which is awesome because it's the best grilled cheese you'll ever eat. Overall a great visit. Will definitely be back.
