I've been going here since they opened but less and less.it's always boiling hot in there... Food quality isn't consistent or really good or hot unless you go right at opening...but don't expect to eat for at least 45minutes.says open at 11 but by noon not even everything available!! They never have the food ready. Boneless spareribs taste oddly sour last couple times. I worried they r bad but mite be new way of prepping them. Never many sushi offerings now if any available at all. Dessert presentation messy sloppy an unappealing... Only 1 good server but I rarely see her on the floor now. The new ones are disinterested in the customers or our issues and unfriendly. Soda had no carbonation an they didn't do anything even when I heard others with similar complaint...still tried to charge me !! Soup doesn't seem to be made fresh daily anymore and often tastes watered down.kept coming for the hot an sour soup but even that sux now. Totally over it.they don't care about the quality or the customer....correction the kitchen staff is SUPER friendly, personable and polite when I run into them bringing things out. nicer by far then the servers. When hot an fresh the chicken fingers and Rangoon are yummy!!

Awful, Awful never again!! No food on the bar and what was there was cold had to wait for anything we asked for.ONE PERSON WAITING ON EVERYBODY!

Got there at 6:30pm, prime dinner time, food wasn't fresh even fresh and was barely like warm, even clams... asking for food poisoning... there was one or two sushi items. .. I was afraid to try it.

If I could give it zero stars I would. There was no food even though there were not many patrons in the restaurant. The food itself looked questionable and it was a very sketchy atmosphere. We only ate there because we were starving but we should have gone somewhere else.

The food is horrible/old and they don't have much of anything. The service wasn't that good and our sever was rude. We went during dinner hours and they didn't have any seafood. I do not recommend this place and will not return.
