Absolute trash. RUBBISH CUSTOMER SERVICE. GARBAGE DELIVERY. Ordered food, waited an hour, got a call saying they were at my door. They werent so I waited 3 minutes thinking they were around the corner. No one showed up, so I called the restaurant, they ensured me the driver was on the way. Waited another hour, no one showed up, called again, no response. Called back the next night and asked to speak to a manager and was told I couldnt do that. Asked when the manager would be in, they didnt know. Asked them if it was worth losing a customer they asked me who I was in a snotty tone and said I didnt need to talk to a manager, then hung up on me. Will never order or eat from there ever. 1st and last experience considering they didnt even try to rectify the mistake.

The guy told me he didn't need my money what's that supposed to mean is because I'm a dark skin American it puzzled me so I wanted to let you all know how they treat customers

Especially since I went to school to cook and I'm great at it sometimes you need other peoples cooking ruined my experience

You definitely get your money's worth here and the food is better than most other local Chinese Food restaurants. I live a 10 minute walk from Lucky Kitchen and I come very often. The people are very understanding and respectful and friendly. One of my favorite spots to actually sit down and enjoy my meal at.
