Just ordered food today and was told it would be there in an hour. Ok whatever, it is football Sunday, we can maybe understand that even though they are less than 5 minutes from our house. An hour and twenty minutes later, still no order? Called to inquire about it and was told that the delivery guy was stuck in West Springfield.
Finally got our food about ten minutes later. Called to ask what the deal was and the owner said that they ordered first. Hmmm?
You would think that they would take care of the people in town first since we were only a few minutes away. Owner apologized and said he would give 20% off next order. Don't bother, off the list.
And only gave 1 star because there is no zero option.

Wanted to try something new. They refused to deliver to me because it was over 8 miles.

We went to Gino's Pizza and Grill today with the family (9 people) and we sat upstairs. It was very spacious and had a nice atmosphere. We enjoyed a buffalo chicken pizza and it was very flavorful. We look forward to our next visit when we will try some dishes! Delicious - be back soon!
