Great ice cream is not worth LOUSY service.
Used to love this place. After coming back there after several years, we were sadly disappointed at how bad the service has gotten. We got in line, wife went to the restroom and came back -- line did not move. I went to the restroom -- nearly no change.
The employees were so SLOOOW. After about 30 minutes of being still at the back of the line, we decided to instead of waiting an hour in line, we would drive to Mount Tom's Ice Cream place in Easthampton. Talk about GREAT ice cream and GREAT service -- that's Mount Tom's. Although there are plenty of customers, they were also plenty of workers to assist the customers.
Not wasting our precious time needlessly waiting in Cold Stone

Great for dates rewards or just plain self indulgence for good quality decent price ice cream,milkshakes and cakes.

When i first started going to Cold Stone when they spread throughout the US, I liked their ice cream. It was high quality and all of the ingredients tasted good, but now it's become the fast food of ice cream. Their ice cream is virtually tasteless and sticky like soda pop. It leaves an unpleasant aftertaste in your mouth irregardless of which flavor you choose. Quality is low low low.
