Messed up my jawline, gave me Paresthesia from too much Novocaine, and to top it all off drilled in to a nerve in my lower jaw, causing permanent damage. Would not recommend this man to my worst enemy.

I received a call this afternoon, the receptionist told me some story about how the dentist had to go pick up his daughter, so I would need to show up at 2:30pm instead of 2:00pm (as if I don't have anything else planned in my day).
So, on the way there I get stuck in traffic in Springfield (road work, apparently) and I call Dr. Willett's office to explain the situation. I would be there at 2:45pm instead of 2:30pm.
Oh no, there's just not enough time to fit me in. The receptionist didn't even seem to be bothered that I had just taken the time out of my busy schedule to show up at an appointment that the dentist was 30 MINUTES LATE FOR. I told her that I would call back and reschedule, and apparently she could have cared less.
Stay away from this dentist, folks. They're money hungry, unsympathetic, and undependable.

Been seeing Dr. Willett for approximately 10 years. Very friendly and professional staff.
