Authentic Mexican food made by Mexicans. Clean place. Good prices. Nice people. Mexican soap operas playing during the early afternoon. What more could you want? :)
I ate so much lunch there, the owner got to know me pretty well. He noticed that there was one item - beef tongue - that I actively avoided and persuaded me into ordering it. I could've kicked myself for denying myself something so tasty just because I didn't like its name. There's also a pastry item (the name of which escapes me now) very much like cornbread. Great stuff. I no longer live in Spokane, but should I find myself back in 'da Valley'', that's Taqueria Guerrero is definitely on my list of places to grab a bite.

Normally cheap and delicious, but today instead of making fresh tamales they served us ones that were clearly old, microwaved, with cheese added to try and cover it. Don't go here if you want to pay for good food, they'll serve you old leftovers when convenient.
