I've been going here for at least 10 years! I have always received very good service, and my food tastes very good! Its been my favorite fast food place for as long as I can remember! This location has always been my favorite. Except 9 times out of 10 over the last year that I order a Doritos taco. It's rang up correctly, I paid for it but I will get a regular taco. This only ever happens at this location! Very disappointing especially when I usually don't have time to return the product and wait for them to fix it for me!

Super nice people. Like any Taco Bell, Mistakes happen. But they always fix your problem, no questions asked. Some of the people writing reviews are stupid. Don't complain about a wait when you show up during rush hour with a family of 8. Don't judge until you've worked in fast food yourself. This is the best Taco Bell in Spokane.

Friendly staff, and good prices, food looks and tastes really good. My favourite fast food restaurant in town. Restaurant off Sullivan is my favorite.

The order was screwed up majorly, so the wait to fix it had everyone in the car in an uproar. It was kind of funny. People expect FAST food from a FAST FOOD place! I feel sorry for the people who work here... (Difficult, pushy customers is all...not discriminating against the job itself.)

Your store on Sullivan in Spokane Washington is one of our family favorites. The customer service and food is always great, wether it be through the drive through or inside. I will have to say I always get great down to earth service when Emily is working. Thank you Emily for the great friendly experience when my daughter and I visit this location. Keep up the good work guys!!!
