I have had 2 great experiences with this clinic. The office staff was very professional, which is important to me. The nursing staff is awesome, I was treated with respect and care for my comfort and wellness. Dr. Craig is really a very personable and professional person. I was totally at ease and felt like I was in caring hands. Thank you so much, it is very hard to find such a wonderful group of people that work well together and really seem to enjoy their work in the health care field.

Must be something about gastroenterologist (the holier than Thou crowd). Just like the other man said, you are treated with a "you owe me attitude". Don't dare miss an appointment providing your appt doesn't get rescheduled while you're there because they have either over booked, behind schedule, have an emergency, or it's an hour past your scheduled time. The latter also is comment worthy as if you are 10 minutes late you will be rescheduled and charged the standard " No show fee". I have made an appt with the Doctor a few times only to be seen by a PA. To tell the truth those times were a blessing in disguise. PA Amy is incredible, knowledgeable, professional, and most of all patient enough to explain all of the medical info and what it means now and in the future. 5 stars to Amy.
Gastro problems are terrible in form and symptom w/o the insult to injury from staff and Doctors. I hope these individuals will read this and take appropriate steps, maybe even classes, to correct these issues.
