I fell in love with Anemone's flowers the very first time I saw them and knew that they were what I wanted in my wedding. I booked them around February of 2013 and my wedding was in September 2013. The flowers were supposed to be ready the Tuesday before my wedding and the centerpieces and decorations were supposed to be delivered the day of the ceremony. I kept in very good contact with anemone and visited several times and paid of my balance way in advance, but when it came down to the final moments before my wedding I was very disappointed in the level of services I received from them. The had booked their biggest event ever right near my wedding and so my wedding didn't matter to them anymore. My flowers were not ready when I was told they would be. I ended up picking up all my bouquets and centerpieces and decorations the day before my wedding instead of them being delivered. I had asked for a special pattern on the ribbon for my bouquets and decorations, and I brought in the ribbon myself and told them specifically which ones I wanted on what decorations and bouquets and boutonnieres and they got it all completely wrong when I picked them up. My (the bride) bouquet's ribbon was falling off before I even got to walk down the isle with it, and my hanging flower decorations looked like something out of a first grade classroom and were not at all what I wanted or asked for and looked nothing like what was hanging in their own store which is what I had asked for and again they also had the wrong ribbon on them. Other than the ribbon, my bouquet, bridesmaids bouquets, boutonnieres, and centerpieces were absolutely beautiful and I still look at them and love them now. Their work is very good in the quality of the flowers, but this store lost my paper work every time I talked to them and moved locations 3 times in the time I was dealing with them. I would say if you are looking for something different for flowers they are awesome and very unique and impressive, but don't schedule anything important with them when they have other events going on or yours will get pushed to the back burner and don't expect high quality customer service. I love this place. Mary and Amanda are so creative. I have a lovely wall piece hanging in my salon. I receive many compliments. This custom piece really reflects the salon's style.
