Very misleading. The owner was really nice to deal with when I first went there. I explained that I was from out of town and I needed them to be able to fit me in with a few days notice each time if I were to buy a package deal; the owner was ok with that. Then they ran groupon adds and ended up booking up weeks solid and everytime I went Spokane I would try to get an appointment and they would always have a 3-5 week backlog. They said I needed to plan a few weeks in advance, but I never knew exactly when I would be in Spokane. So I wasted $500.00 on one session. They suck and are greedy.

@Teresa I had laser hair removal done by Louisville Laser 9 years ago. How well laser hair removal works depends on what type of hair and skin tone you have which Louisville Laser explained to not only myself but to you I'm sure ( that information was in the paperwork also..) The one area I ask for fewer treatments on grew back some sparse hair but nothing I would complain about. If you get the package deal one should know what the definition of "package deal" means before leaving a bad review.. Louisville Laser charging 50.00 dollars for additional treatment is NOTHING compared to what other Laser hair removal companies charge..

My experience was great! They are professional, nice, and they always fit me in (as I was driving from Tri-Cities).
They were very upfront about the results (nothing is ever 100%) but after the full set of treatments, I would say 85% was gone, which is a significant difference. And when a friend with red hair, pale skin and very light hair on her body went in, they were honest and let her know she wouldn't see the same results because she didn't have enough pigment to make the procedure effect.
The machine they had was one of the newer versions. It was not painless but even with the laser turned up to full blast, it was just uncomfortable for the brief time and then over. (Although, I know this varies depending on the location of the laser. :) But armpits...didn't even feel anything.
I would (and have) recommend this location to anyone interested in laser hair removal.

This laser removal does not work. It is not a permanent hair removal solution no matter what they tell you. They will offer you specials and just keep telling you one more $50 treatment should do it. It will always slowly come back. I have talked to other people besides myself who have had the treatment. It comes back slowly and will never completely be gone.
