Had issues with ordering a simple grilled cheese (not the waitress but cook) but the waitress went above and beyond to fix the issue and served my boys pie as a treat for the mishap. Joanna was a wonderful waitress will go back of she waits on us again.

Decent meal, a bit overpriced. Very disappointed that they DO NOT honor either a military or senior citizen discount as their competitors do. Not likely to choose this restaurant overy others in the area again.

It was really busy when we got in, but we were seated promptly. Our server was Helen and she was amazing. She was running around and never missed a beat. She was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu and was extremely nice. We will definitely be back just to see her!

Jose is just beyond awesome. We only come here when he is here. The food is great as well. Thank you Jose for another great night at Shari's

We ate the pick3 and we both liked our sandwiches and salads. Our Granddaughter had the mac and cheese and loved it. We all had a piece of pie. The coconut cream and chocolate were delicious. The banana cream had a bit too much whipped topping. We are from a state that doesn't have a Shari's, but would definitely go again.
