Got a gift card for this place and should have regifted it. I have been t one of these chains about 30 years ago. I have never returned because 30 years ago I thought it wasn't very good. Tonight we found out again that some things never change. Two in our party had baked potato and both were cold. One had steak and it was not properly cooked and cold. The server was running around like crazy, never asked if we wanted another beverage or more water. Looking at the shrimp on my plate I could tell it had been sitting around for a while as it had dried out on the top side. The drinks we ordered were good and the table we were set at was semi private, that's why the two stars.

Food was good, but service was not. Never got asked how our dinner was or beverages refilled. Dessert would have been nice but not offered. I could have understood at dinnertime but this was 3pm! Ran into another patron that left without eating after waiting 25 minutes with no service. Not sure I will go back. Too bad because it is close to home and usually food is good but don't like to psy $20 apiece for crappy service.

We came to Spokane from Montana and ate at the Red Lobster by Northtown Mall. I was not very happy with my experience this time. I have been many times and loved it, left happy. This time not so much. I ordered he ultimate platter with crab kegs and lobster tail. I asked for lemons, and by he time they got here my food was cold.... I didn't get any crab crackers with my meal, was told they we're being washed and would be out. I never received them, and my butter was not warm. The bathrooms we're also filthy, and the toilet seat covers we're empty. I have to say that I felt the need to talk with a manager at this point. He made it right by taking my meal off our ticket, and apologized for our experience. I would return in the future, however I probably won't be on a Saturday at the bussiest dinner time, or for a while.

Waiting over an hour for a table while others get seated before you all because they aren't decided for groups over 4 seems ridiculous. I wouldn't mind if the time estimate was close. It was way off.

The waitress was very good. The restaurant & bathrooms clean. The food not so good, the quantity has gotten smaller, it food was overcooked, the flavor was not what it used to be. The prices have gotten higher for the portion received.
What used to be 70.00 with tip is now 117.00 with tip. Red Lobster has always been my favorite place to eat, so I didn't mind driving 2 hours to get there, plus 2 hours home, but with the quality of the food changing so much, I will not be going back anymore. Sorry Red Lobster, but I'm going to find a new seafood restaurant.
