Whether it's carryout or delivery, pizza or sandwiches, they are consistently fresh and hot and surprisingly fast. The people are always great and the store is immaculate. In five years of going there I've never even had a minor complaint.

Well I ordered a pizza and unfortunately somehow one of my 4 toppings was left off. Not a huge deal at all to me. I just mentioned that to the guy at the cash register, not making a big deal or anything and not expecting anything at all. But the young guy said sir next order is on us. Super customer service! Great spot and recommend this location

I made a to go order for a large 3 topping pizza. I was told it would be ready in 20 min.
When I arrived I was greeted by a pleasant person at the counter. As I was in the process of telling him I made a to go order when the manager saw me and threw his arms up in the air and said," It just keeps getting better." He didn't even seem to care that I had heard him.
I asked the person at the counter if that was his manager and he said" yes". I then told him I wanted to speak to the manager. I saw him relay the message and he continued to ignore me.
I know the store was apparently very busy at the time but this should be a good thing. It means the store is making money and so is the owner.
Since I moved a mile or so down the road from this store, 3 weeks ago, I have purchased at least 5 meals at this location, maybe more.
I am a good judge of the proper way to assist customers as I am a customer service specialist.
I was not treated as a valued customer I was treated as an inconvenience.
I will no longer be buying anything from this store.
There is a Papa John's closer.

Great pizza... I ordered a Medium 2 topping and an order of stuffed cheesy bread... Normally I dislike Domino's pizza but this time they were on point... I normally only eat their stuffed cheesy bread(which was also absolutely on point) but I'm new to the area so I figured I'd try the pizza... NOT DISAPPOINTED!!!

Unbelievable. The girl up front asks if I've ordered. I tell her yes and proceed to give her my name. She then asks the two ladies behind me for their name. She retrieved the ladies order and handed it to them. She then walks to the back of the store and proceeded to start eating some pizza. It took two or three minutes before another employee asked if I had been helped. I don't even think she was smart enough to realize she didn't finish helping me. Top notch seevice
