Floors were dirty. One of the waiters spilled beer into a puddle and then dribbled it down the aisle. Of course no one cleaned it up. The wife's rib eye was terrible. Replaced it with a sirloin that was also bad. She had to wait for the mashed potatoes to warm yet they were cold when they arrived. Chicken crispers and ribs were mediocre at best. I'd give the service about a 65%. They took off the bad meal and I got the crispers for free (veterens day) and the bill was still $75. At least the house salad and the corn on the cob was good.

We ate in the bar, the food was good. The bacon burger & crispy chicken salad were both tasty & fresh. The waitress , Whitney, was excellent (so nice to have an attentive server!) Thanks for a great Veteran's Day lunch!

Our waitress (Deona) went above & beyond today. She showed exceptional patience with the other woman eating with us. Kudos to an excellent waitress!

My wife and i had our first date at Chili's. And last night we celebrated our 11th wedding anniversary there. We were seated promptly. Our server was very courteous. Our meals were hot and prepared to order. Drinks were very tasty and refreshing. And we were offered a free anniversary dessert!! We will never not go to Chili's!!

We went to the bar portion tonight and had a great time. My wife and I are huge Chili's fans but we only get to go once a year. The food was "meh" (which is out of the ordinary because normally it's awesome) but our waiter was fantastic, thus the 5 star rating. We had the smoked chicken wings (not a lot of flavour), the southwestern egg rolls (amazing), and 6oz steak/shrimp with asparagus (way too salty). Once again, the waiter in the bar area was awesome and made our night.
