It was not overly busy, but the waitress was slow getting food and drinks out. We could see it sitting on the counter getting cold. Cook had a straggly goatee that was uncovered , I was sure I was going to find a chin hair, but thankfully did not. Waitress smelled strongly of cigarettes and the bloody mary I had was probably the worst I've ever had. Flavor and smell was off. Table next to is left before getting their food...Probably tired of waiting. Breakfast items were good.

We love Sunday mornings at the Satellite. Mike, the bartender makes a good drink and the atmosphere is great. Don't let the exterior fool you. The breakfast is always good. Friday's they have New England and Manhattan clam chowder. Hard to find the Manhattan. It's good too.

The only thing good about the experience tonight was the little bulldog walking around ♡ I am a restaurant manager, I know how it gets during peak hours or when you are short staffed but the service we received was mostly non-existent. It took 10 minutes to take our drink order, which didn't arrive for another 10 minutes. We wanted to order an appetizer but the waitress never came back around until she finally took our food order and told us we wouldn't be able to get the app before the food. Ordered a coffee and had to request it 3 or 4 times before we finally received it. Asked for boxes and never got the check. About 10 minutes later we called for our check when she walked by. Took another 10 to actually get the check. The food was no better than going to a Denny's. We were there for almost an hour and a half. Waiting to order, waiting for food, then waiting for the check.

Good solid breakfast food without all the bells and whistles. One complaint, I usually expect my Bell peppers and onions cooked into my potatoes O'Brien. Oh well. The steak exceeded expectations. Will definitely return, especially late night. (They're open till 4am, whaaaat??) :)

I was visiting Spokane on business and this was the perfect breakfast spot. Great menu, excellent food, and super staff. I'll be coming back every morning while I'm in town.
Update: Breakfast on day 2 was as good as the first. Watching the cook at work was like getting to watch a true craftsman in his workshop. Don't pass this place by if you're in Spokane.
