Because I am a small business owner, I am extremely sensitive to customer service issues. Over the years that I have dealt with Staci, I have never had an issue or a request that was not dealt with promptly, efficiently, and courteously. Initially, Kerner Insurance only serviced our vehicle insurance needs, but I became so impressed with her knowledge and customer service skills that she now handles all of our insurance -- including our business, home, and even our rental properties. If you are looking for a real, intelligent, human being to handle your insurance needs, instead of some corporate drone, Staci is the one to talk to. You won't be disappointed.

For years I would shop insurance every 6 months. I always tried to get the best deal possible. I happened to see Staci's agency online and gave her a call. That was over 6 years ago. Since then she continues to give me the best rates and coverage for me and my family. She regularly checks up on me to see if any situation changes especially as my kids turn driving age. I do not give out recommendations but in this case I have. I have sent several friends to Staci and they are still with her today. I would recommend Staci for all you insurance needs.

By far Kerner Insurance is the best in Spokane.
Staci is personable, friendly and professional. I have had no issues with them, it is entirely stress free and an overall great experience. She found me the best possible coverage for a very great price.

Staci Kerner is a very personable and knowledgeable insurance agent. Having an agent who understands our needs and concerns is important. Staci and her staff are always fast to respond to any of our changing insurance needs. I would highly recommend anyone to give them a call. Having an agent who is really on your side is hard to find.
