Shortly after moving back to Spokane, I got a discount postcard in the mail form Downriver Smiles. I'm VERY happy that I took them up on their offer! They have been nothing but friendly (greet me by name) and professional, making my dental visits a pleasure! Downriver Smiles is my dental team! :-)

With my summer teeth (some are over here, while some are over there), and all the dentists that I've used in my near half century, this is by far the most respectful, responsive, and fun (I know, right?!) Dentist office I have ever been to.
It's the little things, like slowly injecting the numbing stuff in the needle so the shot itself doesn't hurt to helping me remember appointments when I ask them to. Downriver Smiles is easily the most accommodating office I have ever been in. It's like visiting with in-laws that you like, rather than a business venture. Thanks for making me fabulous, year after year.

Dr. Gaunt is very good at what he does. He is one of the best dentists I've ever had. The staff is absolutely wonderful as well. To them you are more than just a number, you are a person and thats what i love the most about them. They treat you like you're family, and they do their absolute best to actually save you money. I am so glad i found them and i will not go see anyone else.

Downriver smiles is a phenomenal practice that cares for you and your family with more than just a teeth cleaning! The staff is wonderful, accommodating and kind! They have a way wonderful facility that accommodates even a large family like my own! Dr. Gaunt is highly professional, thorough, and seeks to help his clients. He carefully listens and explains everything in understandable language! I would highly recommend downriver smiles to anyone!

Downriver Smiles is the best! I have been using them for the last two or three years now. I have always gotten amazing customer service and the doctor does great work! It is a young office with very upbeat personalities. The front desk ladies always do a great job explaining my bill and have worked with me on payment arrangements. I had a lot of work that needed to be done, and they helped guide me through the process. I couldn't be any happier!
