Impossible to get through to a English speaking person I can understand. Went online and was promised a discount for first time user and also a discount if I pay upfront.
Tried calling because website was not showing
Either discount. Got rerouted to international call center again, even after trying to call the Spokane Wa. location at 3:00 pm shouldn't b this hard. Will b paying 100.00 more for enterprise but at least I got through to someone I could understand.

Kind, informative staff. Always helpful with vehicle questions and comparisons. Have been upgraded on availability and been treated with kindness. Always a great vehicle available. Will refer friends and family and continue to use this company.

I will never rent from avis again! We get there to pick up our car and the girl at the front counter acts as tho we are a burden asking to rent a car. She handed us the keys and said it's on the lot. Wouldn't show us the car or anything we had to use the key fab to find our car. We filled the car up 3 miles from the avis when retuning it after we vacuumed and washed the car to make sure it was nice. They charged us for the tank being at 7/8 when that's where it dropped to in the time we filled it up on division. We called to ask about the extra charge and we were told it took almost a gallon of gas which in a car that only holds 10 gallons the gauge can move quickly because it's measuring such a small amount of gas. I will never come back or refer people here. Nice guy finishes last guess that's what I get for vacuuming and washing a car out of courtesy.
