The name says it all, small friendly neighborhood bar. Reasonably priced, place is pretty small so it can get pretty loud with a bunch of drunk people trying to be heard above everyone else...

I went in for the first time last night, new in Spokane. It was a jolly experience. Friendly regulars invited me to go to the Garland street fair. Bartendress was wonderful. My one well drink was very good, it was $4.25. I left tipsy as heck.
