Hidden charges. Bad service. Cleaning towels stored on top of food. Garbage.

This waffle house location is an excellent place to eat and I want to acknowledge two employees today who worked together as a team and they were Charles and Shun.

This waffle house is so nasty they need a new crew and new management this is not my first bad experience I have called Corp office twice only reason I use this location every blue moon is because it's close by the job some quick to pick up the customer service us garbage I ordered a bacon egg and cheese meal something simple that I thought couldn't be messed up since my order is always screwed up,while picking my order up cashier hand me my bag dripping with brown grease on my bag she saw it dripping didn't bother to change it til I asked,I get to work the food looked so disgusting a simple bacon egg and cheese sandwich look like it had been sitting for day while dripping with grease and old cheese,my grits was so hard the butter wouldn't even melt I advice no one to go to this location..I always use the waffle house located on 9212 Mansfiled Rd I never have a problem food always correct hot fresh and staff is so friendly I don't know what's wrong with this location but I will never ever return to it..And calling Corp don't help you don't get your money back a free soda nothing

Stopped here at about 2am after getting off early from my night shift. Staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant was empty, and the food was carefully prepared. Probably the best Waffle House meal I've ever had! I'll definitely stop by again next time I'm in town.
