I put an order in for a total (with delivery and tip) for $24.52 at 5:23 p.m. Apparently, I missed a called from them 3 minutes later. I called the unknown number at 5:39 and there was no answer. We waited until 6:42 p.m. before calling Mayflower to give them time to make the food and deliver. When I called, some young, arrogant female answered the phone and I explained that I was checking the status of my food. She said in the background yelling, "Oh this guy.....yeah its this guy..." and she mentioned that she tried calling me to let me know that I had to order $30 minimum if its over 9 miles. I said, "Let me check with my wife." and my wife said, just order double everything. I told the girl, "I'll take double my order." After we were off the phone, I went to check google maps and it said that I was 8.7 miles away. I called back to let her know that and she said its 9.3 miles away. I said that I can screen shot google maps and she said with an attitude, "Well...I can screen shot what I have and send it to you..." We were really hungry since we waited over 1 hour with no apology and lots of attitude from this amateur employee that I decided to cancel my order and take my business elsewhere. I told her that I did not appreciate her saying that she will screen shot her phone to show me that it was 9.3 miles and she said that she didn't appreciate me saying that to her in the first place. I told her that she does not know anything about customer service and hung up the phone on her. They will NEVER have my business again! They will RIP you off if you let them and their food is not that good anyways! Not worth it!

My husband and I decided to order from here and have it delivered, we've always had good service. I don't know what happened but we just ordered today and the person who answered the phone was insanely rude. When my husband had called them back just to ask a question the person who answered the phone said "this guy" and continued to give my husband even more attitude. And on top of this, the manager was right there and letting the worker talk this way to a customer! This is not the way to talk to customers, or anyone for that matter! I guess the management changed altogether, for the worse. We will NEVER order from here again and I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY! IT IS NOT WORTH IT!

Nothing fancy. Very good food but the place was unbearably hot and they said the ac was not broken!

Good food, and comes out fast. They have a small buffet type setup inside you pick it they serve it. Over all not bad and they deliver near the area.

I was 2 weeks into my husband being gone. My 3 monsters had eaten every crumb in the house and I hadn't gone grocery shopping, partly out of fear of taking them all. I tried to settle with the hidden cookies for my dinner after bedtime, but at 9:00 I was STARVING. I called Mayflower because I heard they delivered, and 25 minutes later my food was here! Piping hot, fresh, I actually had to put my food container on a pot holder because it was so hot on the bottom. Everything was delicious, not too salty which I've found with a lot of take out places, and not dripping in sauces and syrups. I needed to emotionally and physically binge on some good food, and mayflower delivered! My new go to in the area! Thanks so much guys!
