Pho was better than average for the area. A bit lean on bean sprouts. Tripe showed up but no more than just enough to say it was in there. Summer/spring rolls (soft ) were fair size and although not great, weren't bad. Service was very good with good attitude. Seating was not welcoming. Just tables in rows. Price was good and I will return. Good reports of rice dishes has me curious.
