Say they close at 10pm but no matter what time I come in whether it's in the AM or early PM they never have a selection of donuts as a matter of fact I have yet to actually go there and buy a donut bc out of the 3 times I've been nothing .

The place was empty with only what seemed to be one worker inside. She handed me my coffee and closed the window. I needed cream and sugar but she walked to the back and didn't come back. The drink was awful. Waste of money.

I cannot believe corporate allows this franchise to operate in the manner in which it does! This DD is a joke and an embarrassment to DDs everywhere. They actually told my husband DD doesn't make frozen hot chocolate anymore. We live in Boston, Mass, Mass is the home of DD and every single DD makes frozen hot chocolate. They are out of things all the time and use the excuse (aka lie) that Dunks no longer makes this or that. Not to mention, their coffee tastes NOTHING like the real Dunks. Go to the East Coast and try one and you'll see what I mean (they prob infect the coffee with Bossier water which is horrible). We stopped by tonight as an experiment on our vacation home to visit family. The store was closed before 7 and the employees had their friends inside making them coffee. VERY unprofessional! Typical though for something in the SBC. Give it to my hometown to turn something great like Dunks into a hot mess. I've written to corporate; hope they change things or shut this excuse of a Dunks down!

Quick coffee and delicious donuts. Coffee is fresh and rarely burnt, like I experience at Starbucks. The donuts are acceptable but not quite as good as Southern Maid. Drive thru is always quick here, and the prices are very reasonable. A clean interior rounds out this review, and this is one of my weekly stops for coffee in the area. Recommended.
