Waited a month and a half to see the doctor and het a call 5 days before my appointment and told they rescheduled me for another month and a half away! I told them that wasnt acceptable as i REALLY needed to see the doctor and the receptionist told me she could cancel my appointment all together and i could find a different doctor if i prefer. Very rude and unproffessional. Called my insurance company will be finding a different doctor and filling a grievance.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. The most unprofessional waste of my time. Thanks for nothing. My appointment was for 3:15, got stopped by a train and called. I was still early with an arrival time of 3:08. Filled out paper work, waited in the hottest waiting room I've ever been in for at least 45 mins. Get weight, temp and blood pressure taken. Then I was put in an "exam" room that looked like it came straight out of a horror film. There was what looked to be dried blood on the counter; holes in the walls and exam table, no cover on the light fixture and what I can only describe as a mystery fluid on the walls. I waited in this room for close to 20 mins to only get called to the "doctor's office" the only clean space I was in during my entire visit. The first words to come out of his mouth "what's wrong with you?" Really? Like really? I proceed to tell him my medical history and about halfway through my list I asked if I could be referred to a dermatologist for a skin cancer screening. He told me "dermatologist do not check for skin cancer... You have to watch your own body". I have never felt more dismissed in my entire life. I didn't even finish telling him my medical history before he just wrote a prescription and sent me on my way. Never was my blood drawn I didn't get a "checkup" at all. I have never been so frustrated after a visit with a doctor. I will not be returning. I will request a different doctor and I will never recommend anyone to ever waste their time at this office. Doctor is shotty at best and the receptionist leaves much to be desired.

I'm not really sure about the doctor but the receptionist is EXTREMLY unprofessional. I have an appointment tomorrow and i was calling to check to make sure my appointment was still good and she left me on hold for 10 minutes until i hung up the line.

the recptional is very unprofessional and rude to piaents i believe she needs to be replace that next on mt lest to call the board of doctor...

Appointment at 3. Show up at 2:30 to do paper work. No receptionist till 3. Hour later weight and temp check back to waiting. Turns out doctor wasn't even there. I left and will never return.
