My new favorite go to place to detox.
They think of everything here. From glass bottled water, orange slices afterwards, shower available, and more.
Staff is super nice, it's clean and they offer great packaged deals.
I think I'll try a massage next time with my sauna.

Beautiful and Relaxing environment. Shirley is amazing. Do try the Ultrasonic Cavitation. It's painless, relaxing and will help get rid of those stubborn places where fat just wants to hang out. This is a great way to detox and improve your overall health and energy,

City Sweats is so amazing I loved every minute of it!! I went in for a sweat for 60 min and it felt so great!! They gave me a tonic to drink after words of minerals that was great as well. The ambiance in the studio is so relaxing I loved it and will be back this week.
