The hunt for this place is no joke! It is down an alley with no visible signage at the door. But once inside it feels warm and inviting. Sit near the window in the back and you will be able to peek at the comings and goings of the Pike Place Market. The menu is limited but we'll made. I would suggest any of their salads and Fish entrees.

I came here at about almost closing time and still got served. I had one of their vegetarian dishes and it was delicious, I can only imagine how good the ones with meat taste. It wasn't busy at all but then again it was a weeknight. Love the place, the feel and the service with such great food.

Starting with the service and ending with dessert, this is one of the best restaurants I've dined. Our waiter was terrific; great sense of humor and excellent recommendations. We started with the oysters which were fresh and flavorful. I had the cioppino and was not disappointed. It was ridiculously delicious. The best I've ever eaten. My daughter had the muscles and clams in white wine sauce. She was in heaven. Although full, we knew we had to taste the dessert. I ordered the ricotta cheese cake on the waiter's recommendation, and my daughter ordered the trio of ice creams. Again, just perfection. We are adding The Pink Door to our list of absolute favorites.

The Pink Door was fantastic. From the unlabelled pink door entrance in the alley way to the live acrobatic shows periodically during dinner this place is a must. I got the squid ink pasta and it was top-notch. Even the olive oil served with the bread is crazy good. The server says they make it themselves in house by marinating extra virgin olive oil with this own blend of ingredients. I'll be back if I find myself in Seattle again.

What a really neat place! There were no reservations available (they say they are booked weeks in advance) but we were able to walk in at 6:30 and get a table for 2 immediately on the patio overlooking the harbor. Entrance is in an alleyway with the only telltale sign being, literally, a pink door. Ambience was cozy. We were not able to see the aerial performances but we may try to come back for the burlesque/cabaret entertainment (sounds like fun!). Food was excellent.
