Soda machine not carbonated. Ice didn't work. Still looked like it was from the 90's. Food was all normal quality and the people were nice, though.

Mostly-Horrible Customer Service. I have come in for breakfast 3 days in a row to find that the cooks where not going to make breakfast for the morning. When I asked if I could get the fiesta potatoes for the breakfast potatoes price she said her manager doesn't allow it, even though it was 9 in the morning still. Out of curiosity I asked why their wasnt any breakfast made and the cashier who was really nice said, the cooks where lazy and that when she got their this morning nothing was done. The cashier was running around completing orders while her assistant cooks where no where in sight. When they did come back they looked high, where giggling and had their cell phones out.

A great experience! The cashier who helped us was so friendly! I grew up eating Taco Bell and haven't gone there in a long time. We made the call to stop in for late lunch and were very happy with our decision. Our cashier Akyia chatted with us and was everything you'd want from a customer service professional. For a fast food place that's above and beyond excellent! I saw her and the crew take great care of everyone who came in, even recognizing some regulars by name. They seem so happy here! The food was hot and tasted how we remember which is all I could really ask for.

Each and every time I go, they forget something from my order. And I'm not saying dollar menu items. But things like quesalupa and other things like that. And they are extremely slow. One guy had been standing there just getting soda from the machine while the others were working around him. He did nothing to help. Just stood there and let everyone else work around him. Don't get me started on the phone. Every single time I try to call, it just keeps ringing and ringing with no end in site. I'm surprised they are still open and operating.
