Wow was this place amazing. A group of four got the $55 (Sept 2017) tasting menu so we all got to try many things. It was super filling in the end because everything was AMAZING and there was plenty. Each course just had us all blown away.
So while it wasn't cheap, it was totally worth it. Next time I'm in Seattle I will come here again.

We did the Chef's menu where u get multiple courses of appetizers, 2 main course, and dessert. The sizes are enough for you to sample a few things on the menu. It was delicious. Will definitely fill you up. The staff were really nice and accommodating to your diet and preference. And the ambiance of the place is nice to bring a dinner date. Would definitely come back.

If they had a review beyond 5 stars I would give it for staple and fancy. You have to try this restaurant and do the tasting menu. One of the best meals of my life delivered by a super fun staff.

Take the plunge and get the chef's choice menu, sure it is expensive but totally worth it. The food here is amazing, great selection of wine and cocktails, servers are attentive and knowledgeable about what they are serving you. Environment is very laid back and casual, but in an elegant way. Would definitely return if I ever end up back in Seattle.

Delicious homemade pastas. Despite a lot of the reviewers denouncing her personality, I found her to be very friendly and cheery. The food was delicious. We got the fish special pasta, meat lasagna, and crab salad. My boyfriend couldn't eat meat on Fridays for Lent so we were happy that Gaia had ample fish options. The portions were big. Next time, we hope to get more of the cheese and meat antipasto dishes! Make sure to get a reservation ahead of time and BYOB! The place is intimate, low key, and casual, making it perfect for a date night or hanging out with friends.
