Do not miss the main courses, the cooking is really good. They have authentic dishes, like "Chile Verde", which is pork meat with green sauce, really good. The handmade tortillas are the best, and you can enjoy a nice beer with a delicious food.

I had the chiken enchiladas, perfect price for the large portion. Not only, was it Sooo much better than El Ranchon, the staff was very nice and I will come back

Some of the best Mexican food in the Northwest. They have a fairly authentic California burrito, although it would be better if they put the cheese *inside* the burrito, cut back on the crispy potatoes a bit, and served it up with a boatload of salsa verde, but still...as it is it's pretty darn good. My favorite thing I've tried here is the chicken enchiladas verdes. Their chicken is some of the best chicken I've had - nicely simmered, falls apart, tons of flavor. Even my parents, who were telling me there's no Mexican food in Seattle as good as San Diego, thought Josefina's was great.
