The small and intimate setting, combined with a menu full of adventurous and delicious flavor combinations basically makes How To Cook A Wolf a "reservation only" restaurant. But man, it's worth the planning. And the staff are equally excellent.

The food is amazing! The wine list has something for everyone! The staff is friendly and attentive, but not overbearing.

Everything on this menu was off the charts delicious. Best dish was beet salad, pistachio butter was incredible. Pastas delicious.. Smoked tomato sauce particularly interesting and delicious. Highly recommended!
