Good place for breakfast or lunch in Ballard, with killer waffles and Swedish pancakes. Handy to Trader Joe's which is just a few steps away. Friendly servers and a big menu.

We randomly found this place. If you are gluten free, it has a very nice selection for a breakfast place. I was very pleased with my GF waffle. The bacon was thick and delicious. They had fresh squeezed orange juice, as well. Everything was reasonably priced, including the GF menu, and besides the service being a tad slow, I would highly recommend it!

Very upset. Food was okay. Wasn't so hungry so I asked to order off the kids menu and had attitude from the owner. After she wrote it down I was going to ask for coffee but she walked away. After I got my food no-one asked me how everything was nor even looked at me while constantly walking past me. Then I asked for the owner and the lady said she was the owner and I explained what happened and she smiled said "okay well sorry." With sarcasm. She walked away and referenced me as a "kid" since I appear young. Will NOT ever go there again. Rude.

Absolutely beautiful restaurant, good food, pretty good value for your money. Locally owned restaurant. Wandered in on a whim. Will be back when I'm in the neighborhood, you should give it a try if you're in the area.
