It's a free boat ramp. There's adequate street side parking though you may end up having to walk a bit if you can't get a close by spot. The right side of the launch is a wooden dock and has some cleats to tie off on. The Ducks come in and out of here as well so you might need to contend with them if you're taking a long time putting in or taking out.
