Kathy at the Seattle store was very helpful and timely. My low rating came from Down Under who helped book our trip to New Zealand, north Island. They would only quote me the total price for the excursions and hotels we booked, they did not break it down for me. I was able to collect the prices on line and in person at our stops. Down Under charged us almost exactly double for the entire trip than I could have booked myself. Now that I have the experience, I will never use them again. I am all for a fair commission but 100% mark up is wrong. AAA would only refund us $400 for a kayak tour that was canceled due to weather. They had no interest in any other rebate.

As always, we were treated with concern and respect when renting a car in Chicago on short notice. Found a coupon and saved us an extra $50.00.

I'm updating this post from a previous review. Nancy from this office is fantastic. Super knowledgable and well prepared. I highly suggest making an appointment ahead of time, especially if you are trying to meet with someone on the weekend. The experience this time around was exactly what my wife and I expected from AAA. Looking forward to our vacation!

I wanted to keep a couple maps in my car for emergencies and since I am a AAA member they gave them to me for free!! They were so friendly and helpful!
