Got the Oktoberfest Jagar Schnitzel and it was so good. Staff was friendly, service was prompt and restaurant was clean. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

You won't leave hungry. Everything came out just as ordered and was very good. Would've posted photos of the entree but dug in too quickly! Wanted to love the dessert but the ice cream had that sharp freezer burn texture tonight.

My last visit here felt rushed. I was left with the feeling that they were trying to turn tables quickly. My wife and I were there to celebrate a birthday. Jak's has always been a bit loud, but it seemed more so on this visit. The food was good, but the experience not so much

I ordered a bone-in ribeye medium rare and it came out almost raw -- which I sent back to be put on the broiler for a few more minutes. Not sure how the kitchen sent it out in the first place (this *is* a steakhouse.. the should know how to properly cook a steak). Otherwise, decent food -- bur pricey for what you get.

We had a group of 10. They seated us at 9:50 and were still so kind! Our server Bill was THE BEST. Made great suggestions and served us with a huge smile the whole time! We will definatly be back!!!!
