Really lovely date spot with great food and great wine. Sometimes I take myself on dates here and just sit and read with a glass to myself! Always have had friendly and knowledgeable service here too.

This is my favorite pit stop before going to dinner with friends or family...it is also a great place to just enjoy a great sampling of wines in an adorable atmosphere. I love everything about this place from the wall paper to the featured artists to the friendly and knowledgeable staff!!

I normally recommend Bottlehouse to anyone who loves wine. However, I haven't been in close to a year and it seems as though the place has completely different staff. Service is not what it used to be. When being seated, we were seated outside in direct sunlight at a tiny table obviously for two and the server seemed determined to squeeze our party of three at the smallest table possible. I didn't feel as though the server or cheesemonger was very knowledgeable about the wine and cuisine they were serving. I used to love Bottlehouse because the service was so great and the staff would make sure to explain the origins of their food and wine to you as well as expert suggestions when it comes to pairing. It's just not the same anymore, I probably won't be back anytime soon.

First time in Seattle. Searched for a winery, and this came up. When we got there, it was crowded... which means the locals love it! We couldn't get a table, so we sat on the porch, but it was cold....it's 100 degrees back home! I am giving it a 4 star rating, because it is obviously very well liked. It is a wine bar, not a winery, so I was disappointed. However, you can get a trio of wines to try. I have been to several wineries, and have bought wines from many different wineries. The bottles of wine are expensive. So I didn't buy any here.
If you are looking for a winery, this isn't it. Our bill was over $50. But we are in Seattle.

Super cozy spot that is basically everything you'd want a wine bar to be. Great wine. Super friendly and helpful staff. Awesome decor and cozy set up. Good for groups. Nice seating outdoors for those oh so wonderful sunny Potter/Dog patch evenings. Pretty ideal when you're in a wine bar kind of mood (which should be regularly). Also, again, super cool staff. I hadn't been here in probably close to a year yet the guys still recognized me and my wife from the last time we were in and treated us great. How can you not want to come back to a place like that?
