I love this place! I had an emergency eye visit for my 1 year old kitten. She received a scratch on her eye and it was a little bloody/foggy. The doctor was in before we got there and my skittish cat warmed right up to her! The doctor was very calm and seemed to help my cat relax. She took excellent care of her and the price was excellent considering it was an emergency visit. This will become my regular vet for all of my animals. Would absolutely recommend.
Update: I brought a stray dog in with severe mange and dehydration. They treated him immediately and gave him so much love and a doft blanket. This vet has this job because she loves animals. Not for the money. I will be bringing all of my business here from this day forward.

The staff here are patient driven. I called at 9:15PM to request help with a protracted labor with my Cane Corso. I was received with open arms at 10PM. They had an exam room prepped for our large girl and a makeshift incubator for her already born pup. They supplied medical support, towels, food and water. And the "bedside manner" was outstanding. The attending vet even shared her French dip with our girl once she learned of her "guilty pleasure" ...BREAD. The level of care was paramount and the charges were very reasonable. Thank you Savannah Animal Care. You were EXACTLY what we needed, when we needed it and most importantly since we were from out of the area, WHERE we needed it. Should we be in your city again, we will certainly stop by and say Ciao!

The staff here is absolutely awesome!! My dog got something caught in throat so my husband and I took her to the nearest after hours vet (which was on Stephenson Avenue) that was open. We waited for over an hour as she was constantly hacking and coughing without being seen. We called this office while still in the waiting room at the other vets office and they told us to bring her over. My dog is a rescue that does not like strangers. The staff was so patient with her. The doctor came in, did the examination and made my dog trust her within minutes, which is unheard of. We were in and out of there in an hour and my dog is doing so much better. The love and compassion the staff has for animals is priceless. I loved this office so much that I will be taking my dog there for all her routine checkups in the future!!

One of the most terrifying things is having to put your beloved dog in the car on a week-end knowing that something is terribly wrong and not knowing what to do or where to go. Called Savannah Animal Care and headed straight there. The staff and Vet were absolutely fabulous from the moment we walked in. WE were given the prognosis and options, which were not good, with the compassion and sympathy as if the animal where their own. Thank you to all for helping make that terrible Sunday morning just a little bit easier.

I loved that they are open 24/7. I called at 10PM to check on availability for boarding my dog when we came Into town for vacation the next day. They quickly helped me secure a spot for him and were courteous the next day upon checking. They offer grooming services as well which we also opted for.
