We opted to take a 90min tour with this company and were very happy. We had a very good tour guide. Another bonus is that the company offers pick up and drop off services for the rest of the day after you've taken the tour. This is nice because if all you wish to do is the tour, then you are done. But if you need transportation, they've got pick up points through out the historic district. Best to do the tour first thing in the morning and then take advantage of the service through the rest of the day. ALSO, sit on the passenger side (left) to get better views. :-)

Our experience was awesome, we really enjoyed our tour and our tour guide was quite knowledgeable of the area. The shuttle service was great, we got to see all of the attractions we wanted to see, without having to walk too much. I would recommend this company to anyone

The tour portion was fine! Not great, but not disappointed either. However after the 90 minute tour we walked around for a while and then tried to get back on the trolley. The on/ off part of the service is a farce! We waited 35 minutes at a stop and then called their number. They assured us someone was on their way. Waited 10 more minutes and called again. They said they would send someone. Shortly a tour bus came, but said they were on a tour. We Waited 55 minutes to be picked up. Then instead of taking is to the river, we were driven back to their trolley station. It took us one hour and 20 minutes to use the on/off service ONCE! The manager told us a trolley had broken down. However he also said the same thing happened the day before.? The white colored trolleys seem to offer many more trolleys and give great tours!

I enjoyed our trolley tour. It was reasonably priced for the length of the tour. They said that it came with pick up service after the tour but we didn't get a chance to use that. Our tour guide Debbie (I think that was her name) was knowledgeable and funny. They don't like it when people talk amongst themselves during the tour and will ask you to keep it down. Overall it's a good relaxing trip around the city with some interesting historical tidbits - perfect for a touristy afternoon.

Don't waste your money. They say they are hop on hop off service....we saw very few trolleys as we were walking. They have no mobile app so there is no information on stops as you are wandering Savannah. They have a text us and we will pick you up service, but by the time you do that you could have walked to your destination. The one time we tried to "hop on" a trolley, we waved the driver down at the trolley stop, he waved back at us and kept going. The other trolleys seemed to be all over the place. Go with old town trolleys or Savannah trolleys. Stay away from Oglethorpe.
