If the smell around the neighborhood isn't stanky enough the food is not good at all well the low crab boil the sausage are bland and it's really not seasoned enough and I guess you get what you pay for the boil is only $8 it's a lot of food but it is not good I'm from TN but I've had boils from Memphis Nashville and Atlanta that taste nothing like this taste like something they just threw together now my husband friend shrimp meal was good but the boil thumbs down the juicy seafood or the shell house is great in Savannah

Absolutely love the food and the prices are incredible. However the customer service needs to be improved definitely. I always go to this place,but the older Asian lady always acts as if she doesn't wants to be there. I was in there today. I always call ahead to place my order so I don't have to wait. Now I've been running errands all morning and haven't ate yet. So as always I order a #3 she always rushes with the order as well as if she doesn't want to answer the phone. After I pick up my order and get home and completely comfortable I open my box and see my fish is missing. I called up there(no attitude) and asked what is the #3 special and then I say well my fish is missing and gave her my name. She says well your ticket says #2 I told her I didn't order that. She says well if you want to turn around I can fix it. I'm like ok because I live up the st. I get there and hand her the food she reminds me what a #2 is, and walks to the back. While waiting I looked at the menu #2 gives you 15p of shrimp and #3 gives you 10. Normally at any restaurant like that when you mess up an order they redo your whole order but I notice she only open my box to add the fish. I didn't make a big fuss about it because I felt maybe it was a honest mistake and I was starving. She then hand me my food and I thanked her and she walked away. I got home and actually counted the shrimp and notice she took back the extra 5. Not once did she ever apologize for the so call mixed communication or the fact that she wasn't professional enough to repeat my order to make sure she has it correct. I also found it unprofessional to remind me what a #2 was when I didn't even order it. Also she should've left the shrimp on my plate. No time soon will I return she really needs to fix her attitude. Other customers may not be as generous as me and really go off on her. I honestly felt no need to take it there. Don't come to work if you don't want to be there.
