Probably the worst experience I've had with barberitos I've been to a few between NC and GA and this time was just horrible Sunday November 5th at 2pm. The rice was hard and dark brown like it had been sitting there since they opened and hadn't cooked fresh chips were stale they were definitely left out since opening staff seemed careless. I've never had a burrito I had to force myself to finish because it was so dry the chicken had no juice in it when putting it on the burrito it was just overall pretty nasty. Hopefully the one they open in hinesville will be better because this was just awful.

I usually give a place a few opportunities before leaving a review, good or bad. This is probably the 4th or 5th time I’ve been here (as I live within walking distance) and I have to say, it’s always disappointing. I’ve never been in when they haven’t been out of something. Tea, chips, ICE, etc. The kitchen looks disgusting. The grills are beyond dirty. The floor is littered with crumbs, trash, etc. my average wait time has been 15 minutes. At 6:30-7 pm, there is 1 person working the rush. The past 2 times I’ve been in the cooks have burnt food and had to remake. The staff has obviously never heard the word expediency. The move slow and have no interest in doing any better. 3 of 5 times I’ve had to ask for my drink cup. It’s literally something EVERYTIME. It’s a shame because the food is halfway decent, but the state of the store, the staff, and the overall experience will prevent me from returning. And for $11 for a burrito, I think I’m entitled to expect more.

I used to like Barberitos. It had fresher tasting food than Moes and the customer service was great. Went to Barberitos tonight with my girlfriend and we waited 15 to 20 to have our order taken. We only had four people in front of us. We both got quesadillas and to be honest there were okay but there were out of most of there toppings and our quesadillas got burnt. The sevice really sucked they weren't working as a team and they didn't communicate. Our bill was 20.29 wasn't worth the money.

Pretty ordinary not much difference to a MOEs the queso sauce tasted a bit bitter, they are not shy with it on your nachos.
